Information about us

www.lotmart.co.uk is a site operated by Lotmart UK Limited (we, our, us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 7523031. Our Value Added Tax number is GB 122 1642 60

Ordering products

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will send you a second email to confirm acceptance and dispatch of your order. The contract between us (Contract) will only be made when we send you this email to confirm acceptance and dispatch. Only those products listed in the email as being dispatched will be included in the Contract.

Availability

All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your acceptance and dispatch email. Any payment made for products which are not available will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Prices

Please be aware that the prices displayed on our site include Value Added Tax where applicable but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover there is a pricing error, we will normally, at our discretion, either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

Payment

We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express credit, Switch/Maestro debit cards, Visa Electron cards. Please note that if you wish to pay for your products using PayPal, and you do not already have an existing PayPal account, you will be required to set up a new account with PayPal directly, you can also pay via PayPal with your debit or credit card as a guest. Presently, we do not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in pounds sterling. Non-UK credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-UK card holders will be liable to pay. Any order placed using debit, credit card or PayPal will be charged at the time your order is submitted. If we reject or cancel your order for any reason this charge will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Percentage (or money) off discounts
(e.g. 20% off)

1. The discount entitles you to a saving of the amount & currency/percentage stated in the promotion, for the dates specified. Unless stated otherwise, the discount is available on purchases of full price and promotional items only (offer excludes permanently reduced/sale items and concession items), and when spent in a single transaction. 
2. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
3. The discount cannot be used to purchase Lotmart UK, Gift Cards or eGift Cards, E-top up.
4. No cash or any other alternative will be given. 
5. The return value of the item(s) purchased using the discount shall be the applicable return value under Lotmart UK return policy less the discount obtained. 
6. This offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the Promoter's discretion. 
7. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Money off when you spend a certain amount
(e.g. £5 off £25 spend)

1. The offer entitles you to a saving of the amount & currency stated in the promotion when you spend (at least) the minimum amount required on qualifying items in a single transaction at Lotmart UK, during the dates specified. 
2. Unless stated otherwise, the offer is available on purchases of full price and promotional items only (offer excludes permanently reduced/sale items and brand/concession items). 
3. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
4. The discount cannot be used to purchase Lotmart UK Vouchers, Gift Cards or eGift Cards, E-top up vouchers. 

5. No cash or any other alternative will be given and the discount can only be redeemed once. 

6. The return value of the item(s) purchased using the discount shall be the applicable return value under Lotmart UK returns policy less the discount obtained. 
7. This offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the Promoter's discretion. 
8. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Spend over a certain amount and get a free postage

(eg Free Standard postage when you spend £30 or more)

1. This offer entitles you to a free Standard postage when you spend over and above the specified amount in a single transaction at Lotmart UK.

2. The following will not count as qualifying items under this promotion: purchases of Lotmart UK Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards.

3. No cash or any other alternative will be given. 
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. 
5. This offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the Promoter's discretion. 
6. The return value of the item(s) purchased using this offer shall be the applicable return value under Lotmart UK returns policy less the discount obtained.

7. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Orders made before 3PM Friday, will be delivered on Monday.

Orders made after 3PM Friday – Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day and will require signature upon delivery.

 

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched the same day if cleared payment is received by 3PM. If paid after 3PM, we ship next working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World.

Packaging:
We want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Returns:

RETURN POLICY We offer a refund (excluding postage) or replacement if you are unhappy with your goods in any way. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in the condition they were sent. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please contact us if there is a problem. Return the item(s) along with the Invoice in their original condition – unused with tags (or box) and free from the smells of perfume, alcohol, detergent, or smoke. Buyer is required to pay for the postage to return the item to us.

Items lost during postage:

Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal Mail, this can take several weeks but we will keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.

Exchanges: 

Due to our returns process we are unable to accept exchanges. To receive a replacement quickly we advise you to purchase the item you need from our shop and return the original item back for a refund.

Received incorrect or damaged item

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please email us to info@lotmart.co.uk (24/7) or call our Support line  0844 272 5343. (Mondays-Fridays 9:00am-5:00pm) with the invoice number, incorrect or the faulty item's name and a description of the fault.

Cancellation Rights

In addition to our returns policy, you can cancel your contract with us at any time within 14 working days beginning on the day after you receive the product(s) which are subject to the contract (“cooling-off period”).

To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period to:

Notification of return of your products via the online procedure will not constitute notification of cancellation of your order for the purposes of your statutory rights to cancel the contract. Please note that in order to cancel your contract, you will need to return all the items in the order. You will need to pay the cost of returning the order. The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them. If you cancel your contract with us, we will refund the amount due to you, including delivery charges, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.
